This collectible comes with everything you need to celebrate the issuance. It contains the First Day of Issue Ceremony Invitation, the First Day of Issue Ceremony Program, a Digital Color Postmark First Day Cover, and a pane of 20 Constance Baker Motley Forever® stamps.
The 47th stamp in the Black Heritage series depicts a portrait of Motley by Charly Palmer rendered in acrylic on canvas. The stenciled circular shapes around her head suggest royalty, and the heavy brushstrokes and scratches provide added textures.
