This American Commemorative 3-Ring Binder is ideal for protecting your American Commemorative Collection pages.

The binder cover and lining material are made entirely of the old Grande F smooth material in a dark blue color. This 3 ring binder has a ring diameter of 1/2-inch, white foil printing on the spine and front cover. The binder is 11.5” (height) x 10” (length) x 1 1/4” (thickness).

Free shipping supplies
Free shipping supplies from The Postal Store Shipping Supply site are mailed USPS Ground Advantage™ service with an expected delivery of 2–5 business days at no cost to the customer. For your convenience all orders will contain a carrier release endorsement "Leave if No Response". This will allow your postal carrier to leave your expedited packaging supply order if you are not available to receive the delivery.
