    La Florida DCP Keepsake

Brighten your day with a dramatic display of elegant florals. This collectible package contains a sheet of 16 La Florida Forever® stamps and four First Day Covers (#6 ¾ envelopes), each with an affixed stamp and an official First Day of Issue color postmark.

Named “La Florida” for Pascua Florida (“Feast of the Flowers”) by early Spanish explorers, Florida is known for its abundance of flowers and lush vegetation. Evoking the feel of a tropical garden with a cascade of beautiful blossoms, each of the four exquisite La Florida se tenant stamps features a particular variety of flower: red and pink hibiscus; yellow cannas; morning glories in white, red, and shades of purple; and white and purple passionflowers.

The color postmark features a silhouetted Spanish galleon floating atop a bold banner and seal incorporating the words, “La Florida” and “500 Years,” and includes the official date and location of issuance.

    Made in the USA.
